A Bit About Me

Welcome to my website portfolio.

I am an enthusiastic photographer who loves taking photos of interest from landscapes and seascapes to astrophotography as well as flowers and macro photography.

I am married to a wonderful wife of 14 years, we have 4 children together with our recent one born just before Christmas 2020.

I first got interested in photography back in 1998, back when I had started living in the West Coast of Hokitika of the South Island of New Zealand after moving there for a new job.

I immediately got hooked on the landscape scenery while I was living and exploring the West Coast but never had a camera to capture it all, but a few months later, I ended up buying my first SLR film camera. After buying my first camera, I instantly fell in love in taking photos of the landscapes and sunsets along the West Coast and sharing the images I had created with my friends and family.

The West Coast in the South Island of New Zealand has some unimaginable landscapes and seascapes scenery no matter where you are along the West Coast. You are sure to be able to capture some awesome photography without disappointment.

After leaving the West Coast and moving back to Christchurch where I had lived before, I never really got involved as much as I had wanted in my photography, but I had managed to do some wedding photos for some friends and took up learning Black and White photography and developing my own films and prints.
