Colorful Dancing Bubbles is a few video B-roll clips I manage to capture while I was playing around with water and dish wash liquid to create some bubbles.

I manage to capture these B-roll with my camera setup.

Its amazing what colours can be produced from household dish wash liquid mixed with water to create bubbles.

This was my first time trying this after watching a number of YouTube Videos on bubbles, so I thought I'll give it a try.

I wish to say sorry about the sensor dust from the camera that you can see during the video clips, I had not noticed them until after I put the images and clips onto the computer for editing.

Shoot using Sony a7iii with Sony 85mm F/1.8 lens using Meike (MEKE) extension tubes and Raynox DCR-250 Macro Close-up Lens.

Another Aurora I took back in May 11th at a differ

Another Aurora I took back in May 11th at a different location after the last one with the barn and full Aurora.

This was taken at Taumutu of the Hone Wetere (John Wesley) Church, I started taking photos on the opposite side of the church but the Aurora as good, so I just started hunting around without trying to disrupting the other photographers that was there,

I ended up using this spot as I liked the glow between the trees when I noticed it on the camera screen.

After a few shots I knew I had it in the bag with this single image with the colour's of the Aurora and a quick light painting of the foreground and church so as not to disrupt the other photographers who was also doing the same in turn.

Camera used was Sony a7iii and lens was Sony 20mm FE f/1.8 G

This is a full re-edited panorama taken at Castle

This is a full re-edited panorama taken at Castle Hill Rocks back in June of 2023 that I had last posted.

This panorama consist of about 47 photos - 10 for the ground (1 row) and 37 for the sky (4 rows).

I felt my last edit of this image was just too stretched at the top of the Milky way and didn't give it the look I had hoped for, that's what you get from using an old 2011 Mac. I now have updated my Mac to the new Mac M3, and I was able to finally get the results I was hoping for in this final image

Camera used was a Sony a7iii with a Sony 20mm lens

Software used - PTGui, Lightroom and Photoshop

Took this photo back in June with my son Bailey, we meet up with a follow photographer, Adrian Jefferson-Brown and decided we would head out to Castle Hill Rocks for some Night Photography.

This is one the images I managed to came away with, a panorama of about 47 photos - 10 for the ground (1 row) and 37 for the sky (4 rows).

It was a very cold and freezing night of -6 degrees temp with a lot of frost on the ground and icy and slippery rocks.

Just almost in the middle right of the frame you can also see the other photographer, Adrian Jefferson-Brown taking photos just by the edge of the frozen pond.

Last nights Aurora, what a spectacular night it was and view, it really hit off just after 9pm with an awesome display.

I was just 5 mins down the road from home away from the town lights.

I wanted something different as a foreground instead of near or at a beach or lake shore like Lake Ellesmere or Birdlings Flats.

I took one my sons with me for some company and he was amazed with what he was seeing.

I've used this barn/shed before couple years ago for another night shoot and it made for a fantastic foreground shot with the aurora around it in this pic with the road heading towards the Aurora and that tree makes for a nice framing just above the Aurora.

Hi all, just thought I share a timelapse of the Aurora I took on Friday night (24-3-2023) at Lakeside Domain, Lake Ellesmere.

I was hoping to include some photos, but with work today, I haven't been able to edit much but hope you all enjoy this quick timelapse.

I was hoping for a longer timelapse, but a few of the photos had gotten ruined by car lights.

Sorry for the jerky movement in the timelapse, I stopped the camera few times to move the angle of the camera for better view of the aurora which was more on the right.
